What's Included?

Units with Signature Services receive additional benefits that are not included with other listings. This service may include beach service and bicycles. Check your rental property listing to see if you receive these signature services. 

kitchens are well stocked with the necessities needed for cooking. This includes pots and pans of various sizes, flatware such as knives, forks, and spoons, dinnerware such as plates and bowls, serving utensils such as ladles and spatulas, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

When guests arrive at their rental property, they can expect to find a set of supplies provided by the company to help them settle in comfortably. Supplies includes bathroom and kitchen items. For the bathrooms, this includes travel-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, as well as a bar of soap, a makeup remover wipe, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. In the kitchen, guests can expect to find one roll of paper towel, a bottle of liquid dish detergent, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent and one sponge. These items are intended to provide guests with enough supplies to get started with their stay.

All housekeepers are provided with Eco Lab products which are designed to be environmentally friendly while still being effective in cleaning and sanitizing surfaces. Prior to a guest's arrival, the vacation rental property will be inspected to ensure that everything is in working order and that the property is clean and ready for occupancy.

Upon arrival guests will find that the beds have been made with fresh linens, including sheets, pillowcases, and blankets. Fresh terry, such as towels, washcloths, hand towels and bathmats are provided. This is a one-time setup per stay.
