Boater's Dream House is a 2,290 sq ft, 5-bedroom, 3-bath family-friendly home offers a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with elegant white granite countertops, and a mix of stainless steel and white appliances to inspire your inner chef. After a delicious meal, unwind in the inviting living room furnished with comfortable seating, a TV, and a DVD player. Indulge in the evening comfort of one of the four king-bed adorned bedrooms, each equipped with a television for relaxation. Meanwhile, the fifth bedroom offers two twin beds, ideal for the younger members of the family. basking in the sun, or exploring Destin's attractions, relax on the upper deck with a stunning view or the lower deck by the water. Enjoy the convenience of a private boat dock, boat slip, and an outdoor swimming pool, making every summer day a delight. With easy access to the private beach and the canal, this location is perfect for kayaking, boating, or simply enjoying the serene water views. Take advantage of the two full boat slips and two side slips, accommodating boats up to 27 feet.
*Boater's Dream House's private pool cannot be heated.
**Boat trailers are not permitted in the Home's driveway and other arrangements must be made ahead of time. Ask us about recommendations.

one of the best
This was definitely one of the best and now our fave, location we have stayed at since we started visiting Destin annually. The home was beautiful and clean. We always had something to do, even if we were just at the home. The only suggestion I have (and this is nothing that I feel should affect a rating), one of the main floor bedrooms did not have a fan. It would have been nice if one was offered in one of the closets. But again, would not affect the rating we are giving. Great experience!
My group had the best experience staying at Boaters' Dream house. We loved the house and felt that it was very clean. Also, customer service for Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals were super helpful with the questions I had leading up to the trip. All in all I cannot complain! It was good to know from other reviews about the house not offering additional blankets. We brought some and were glad! We had a great stay at this property. The rooms were clean, the location was easy to find and close to the beach, and the pool was lovely. There was ample space to sit and sleep and the AC worked well. My only caveats: we wished there were more towels available, as we had to reuse towels for the duration of the stay (more times than we'd like). Also, the pool was super super warm, not very refreshing, although I'm not sure there's anything they could do about that. We had the best time in Destin celebrating my birthday with 8 of our best friends and this house was PERFECT! The location is wonderful, beds were comfortable, house was very clean and looked like pictures, plenty of room for multiple boats, private pool, and 4 king bedrooms! This place is perfect for a couples trip. Crab Island is a very short boat ride away as well as the Harbor Boardwalk and plenty of great restaurants/nightlife.
