Boater's Dream House on Holiday Isle

Very spacious. Enjoyed having our own pool and it was next door to family so that made our visit even more enjoyable. Short walk to the beach. I wish it had beach service for umbrellas and chairs. It isn't easy to haul them with three young children. All in all, it is a nice place to stay. We would stay again.

We completely understand that bringing beach gear along with three young children can be a challenge. For future visits, this home is also able to accommodate a golf cart rental, which can make getting around the community and carrying beach items a little easier. one of the best
This was definitely one of the best and now our fave, location we have stayed at since we started visiting Destin annually. The home was beautiful and clean. We always had something to do, even if we were just at the home. The only suggestion I have (and this is nothing that I feel should affect a rating), one of the main floor bedrooms did not have a fan. It would have been nice if one was offered in one of the closets. But again, would not affect the rating we are giving. Our family really enjoyed this home so thank you Destine Pointe for such a wonderful stay and visit.

Boaters Dream House
The house was very clean when we checked in. The propane tank for the grill was empty but the management company was quick to replace it. The house is in a great location, a quite neighborhood and close to the beach access.

Great experience!
My group had the best experience staying at Boaters' Dream house. We loved the house and felt that it was very clean. Also, customer service for Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals were super helpful with the questions I had leading up to the trip. All in all I cannot complain! It was good to know from other reviews about the house not offering additional blankets. We brought some and were glad! Great house that I will definitely consider booking again in the future!

Destin Week
The house couldn't have been better for us. We had plenty of bedrooms and boat parking. The place was clean and well stocked with really nice TV's. The pool was clean and well kept.

lovely stay
We had a great stay at this property. The rooms were clean, the location was easy to find and close to the beach, and the pool was lovely. There was ample space to sit and sleep and the AC worked well. My only caveats: we wished there were more towels available, as we had to reuse towels for the duration of the stay (more times than we'd like). Also, the pool was super super warm, not very refreshing, although I'm not sure there's anything they could do about that. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property!

Truly a boaters paradise
Location was amazing. very short walk to private beach. Bikes were a plus! Just a few recommendations for the next renters: bring blankets, because the comforters are as thin as sheets.

We can’t wait to stay again!
We had the best time in Destin celebrating my birthday with 8 of our best friends and this house was PERFECT! The location is wonderful, beds were comfortable, house was very clean and looked like pictures, plenty of room for multiple boats, private pool, and 4 king bedrooms! This place is perfect for a couples trip. Crab Island is a very short boat ride away as well as the Harbor Boardwalk and plenty of great restaurants/nightlife. We can’t wait to stay again!
