We’ve been to Destin many times for family vacation staying at various places but have never been so satisfied and comfortable with our stay as we did at the Coconut Cottage. The privacy of the gated neighborhood, the walkability of the community, the beautiful surroundings, convenience to 2 beach accesses are all great things to mention. The house itself is very charming. We loved being able to take advantage of the amenities in the neighborhood and of the house. There really was no reason to leave the neighborhood. Coconut Cottage
Great Porch … One of the things we love to do is sip our coffee on a front porch with swings. Our relatives have a place a few houses down the street and we love to walk to each other‘s homes and have coffee and pray together in the mornings before heading to church then to beach. Fantastic place to stay! Very charming and comfortable. The location is ideal you are a walk away from the beach or a 10 minute uber ride from the harbor walk. Everything is accessible and the kitchen is largely stocked the bed were comfortable. Bikes are available and come in handy! Overall a pleasant stay would be back and absolutely recommend. Good to be back

Great place! We were torn between booking with a popular local hotel or here at Destin Pointe and we are glad we booked at Destin Pointe. The deciding factor was a more private setting and within walking distance to the beach. On top of that we also had free tickets at certain venues which we took advantage of. The coconut cottage was such a cute place and really enjoyed our stay. I was very hesitant to rent from a “company and/or resort”, we usually rent from private owners but this place did not disappoint. We absolutely loved Coconut Cottage and Morgan at Destin Pointe Resort
Our family had 5 rentals in Destin Pointe. Morgan at Destin Pointe Rental Agency was so very accommodating. We can't wait to do it again. The Coconut Cottage was perfect for the 4 of us who stayed there. The lovely porch was our haven for morning prayer and coffee as well as evening chats. The back yard is precious.
