Amazing stay
Amazing stay. When I talk to people about my trip to Destin, the first thing I talk about is the East Pass Towers Condo we stayed it. It was spacious and enough room where my friends and I can spread out and not be on top one another. The views were beautiful and the proximity to the beach was a plus. Definitely will rent again.

Amazing Condo!!
We spent the week of our 45th anniversary at 303N! What a beautiful 3 bedroom very spacious condo. The balcony views of Destin harbor were amazing for morning coffee and wine at night with all the lights. We also enjoyed relaxing at the pool in the comfortable lounge chairs watching the boats coming and going from Crab Island. You will enjoy the comfortable beds and the sofa! We will definitely be back as it was also very convenient to dining locations and attractions. Book your stay at 303N and you will also enjoy a relaxing stay at this beautiful condo!!

this time it was even better.
Since we have stayed here before, we knew what to expect, but this time it was even better. The pool had some upgrades and new cushions on the pool deck chairs were very comfy. Unit 303N is a very nice condo with 3 bedrooms. King, a Queen and Bunks that are also Queen and Double. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. Ice maker made enough Ice for each day at the beach. Washer and dryer worked great so we were able to wash and dry towels. This unit even had a wagon for the walk to the beach with an Umbrella, chairs, and sand toys. The beds were very comfy and the condo was very clean. I almost forgot to mention this unit has one large balcony, plus a smaller private balcony; perfect for the morning coffee.

Beautiful, Fun Stay
This is our 4th stay at East Pass Towers, but first time in this unit. It was nice, clean, and was in the perfect location for our family vacation. Definitely will be back!

A great end to 2024!
A great end to 2024! We had an incredible time between Christmas and New Year. The views were amazing the both the sunrise and sunset were spectacular this time of year. The condo was amazing! Furnishings were perfect and the decorations were fantastic. We had everything we needed and you cannot beat the location…it’s perfectly situated to be close to everything yet positioned for privacy. The ultimate stay in Destin…and members of our family have been coming every year since the early 1970’s, so we’ve stayed in a LOT of different places!

Family get away

Absolutely stunning
Came down for a little family trip. First time taking our kids to the beach so wasn’t sure what to expect. This condo was not only insanely beautiful, newly redone, and had everything we could have ever needed for the beach… wagon, chairs and umbrella. Washer and dryer for after the beach. The condo was so much larger than anticipated and couch was so comfortable! Absolutely can’t wait to come back. Woke up early to enjoy coffee on the porch with ocean views made for the best way to start off the day. Not to mention the property management was exceptionally helpful navigating any questions we had. Most enjoyable experience ever here. Can’t recommend enough!!!

It was perfect for my family, plenty of towels! They had all the items we needed for the beach, my husband love the extra fans in every room! We will definitely visit again.

Spacious condo with deluxe upgrades! Great Pool!
This was our second trip to East Pass Towera 303N. All new paint, flooring, restrooms and kitchen are all outstanding. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious with new countertops and appliances. The balcony is huge with two comfortable seating areas. TVs in every room for ample entertainment for everyone in the family. Cushing beds make it challenging to get up every morning. No expense was spared to make this the nicest condo we have vacationed in.
