Esmeralda, a newly constructed home seated in the gated neighborhood of Destin Pointe, is designed for luxury and fun. Esmeralda meaning "Emerald" in Spanish, a highly sought-after gemstone is precisely what this new luxury home is.

This five-bedroom, four-bathroom home encompasses 2,673 square feet of living space and over 2,500 square feet of outdoor living space with an outdoor spa, a kitchen, and one of the largest private pools in the Destin Pointe Community with a built-in dining area. The pool deck has two spacious lanai areas, a movie theater, and parlor games. Venture up two levels to the back deck and relax with an outdoor TV. Proceed up the staircase and find yourself in the tower with a wet bar, natural gas fire pit, and incredible views.

Arriving at Esmeralda, guests are greeted with a spacious driveway that allows parking for up to five vehicles. A two-car garage is outfitted with two inflatable SUP boards, beach chairs/supplies, four adult bicycles, and an ice maker perfect for filling your cooler on a hot summer day. This two-car garage is equipped with a handicap ramp for handicap accessibility through the garage door. Inside, you'll find elevator access to the first, second, and third stories.

Step inside through two grand French doors, and you will be taken aback by the luxurious architecture. The great room houses a 60-inch linear fireplace built into a hearth of Turkish coral stone. The great room sweeps into the kitchen, which combines the art of culinary creation with the sophistication of high-end design. Top-of-the-line appliances include a handmade Italian gas range, farmhouse sink, and wet bar outfitted with a beverage cooler, wine cooler, and ice maker. Enjoy extravagant meals at the 12 ft long farmhouse table big enough for up to 14 guests. With wall-to-wall windows, this space provides generous views in all directions.

With the ability to sleep up to fourteen guests, you'll find three master suites and two individual bunk rooms. Each master suite includes, king bed, television, ceiling fan, spacious closet, and Nespresso coffee machine. Step out to your private mahogany-finished balcony through lavish French doors to stunning garden and beach views. Each master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a large rainfall shower head, body jets, handheld shower head, and two masters have a spacious solid surface soaking tub to relax and rejuvenate after a long day.

The bunk rooms are ideal for kids or young adults, providing a comfortable and convenient place to rest and recharge their devices after a day of activities. The first bunk room provides a full over full bunk bed with one pull-out twin trundle bed and built-in USB chargers. The second bunk room provides a twin-over-twin bunk bed with built-in USB chargers and a built-in dresser for storage. The laundry room is located in the second bunk room, with a door to close off the laundry area.
