Our rental is absolutely perfect for our family. We have been renting it for 4 years and the price has doubled in that time. We will be looking for other private beach properties for next year. This is unfortunate because we love this property.

The location is great! However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The lounge chairs by the pool were incredibly uncomfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, but there were no extra trash bags. We also ran out of shampoo and conditioner during our three-night stay, and there were no beach towels. It was disappointing that we had to strip the bed linens at the end of our stay, especially considering the price we paid. Great communication! May stay here again if it’s managed by a different company.

Beautiful home! It was an even better location to beach than we thought it would be. The home has a pool (that is very private to be located in a neighborhood), beach access, bicycles and hot tub access. Wonderful trip with friends!!!! Home was plenty large enough for my 9 girl friends and I.

We stayed here for our annual girls’ trip, and from the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Check-in at the front gate was quick, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even took the time to show us how the gate worked, which we appreciated. The home itself was beautiful—honestly even better in person. It was conveniently located not far from the entrance and had plenty of space for all six of us. Everything was very clean, including the bedding, which made the stay even more comfortable. The kitchen was huge, the pool was amazing, and the outdoor shower was definitely a highlight, the only downside was that the TVs in the loft and two of the bedrooms weren’t working, but we were having such a great time that it didn’t really matter. We weren’t able to make it to Crab Island due to the weather, but the trip was still exactly what we needed. The host was very responsive and made sure everything was set before we arrived, Thank you we will be back !!!!

Very nice place to stay. The beaches and pools are very accessible from the property. It's a tall (4 story) property but the amount of privacy for 8 guests (2 teenage girls) was more than adequate. Very arable with windows and balcony doors open allowing the sea breezes to blow through. Lot's of little places to tuck away for some quiet time or taking care of just a bit of work. Would very much like to return in the future if our good fortune allows. If only traveling from California was a bit easier... Thanks for having us and being responsive to our needs and requests. Wonderful house and location
3 different families shared this house and it was near perfect. The house and location are in a great spot. Easy walk to the pools or the beach. The kids enjoyed the bikes and we used the wristbands for free parking at Harbor Walk. There are quite a few stairs (56 I think) from the top to the bottom so be prepared for that. But it didn't stop everyone from enjoying the whole house. Kitchen is stocked with all the utensils, plates and cups you could want. Would love to return to this spot again in the future

If I could give 6 stars, I would! This house was everything our family was looking for and exactly as described. It comfortably fit all 12 of us while giving us space to be comfortable. The house also had everything we needed- for cooking, outdoor showers and clean up, and my family particularly loved the fully stocked game cabinet and garage full of beach toys. We could have brought nothing and still had all we needed. The walk to the beach and pool were a favorite as it was quick and easy with beautiful views. We had grandparents, parents and kids ages 3-19 and there was something for everyone to enjoy. We cannot wait to come back!

La Contenta was the perfect house
La Contenta was the perfect house to stay for myself and the 5 other guests. This home had plenty of space and conveniently located just a short walk from the beach with beach chair service, an onsite pool, and clean bathrooms. I would recommend staying here if you want to be close to all of the Destin happenings but also very close to the beach!

Perfect spot for a Bachelorette Party!
We hosted my best friends bachelorette party here. Property was clean, close to the beach and pool/hot tub, and a short uber ride to anywhere we were looking to go in Destin. They allowed us to check-in early, which was great, as several of the girls had earlier flights. Would stay here again!

Loved spending time cooling off in all three pools!
La Contenta at Destin Pointe was such a gem! We had a great time and experience for our two families on our annual destin vacation! Would highly recommend. The communication with the staff was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. So helpful, extremely accommodating and made our stay easy and smooth. La Contenta was beautiful and so close to the private beaches. Loved spending time cooling off in all three pools!
