Welcome to La Contenta, where coastal outdoor living reaches its pinnacle. This home offers an abundance of inviting outdoor seating and lounging areas. Enjoy lounging with a cup of coffee under one of the homes covered balconies or sipping a cocktail at the homes private pool.

Step into the chic main living area and sink into the comfort of the sectional sofa, love seat, or accent chair and enjoy the wall-mounted television perfect for a sports fanatic or watching a movie after a long day at the beach. French doors lead out to the Front Deck, offering a picturesque view of one of Destin Pointe’s coastal lakes, with a café table and chairs perfect for morning coffee.

The dining area boasts a wooden table with eight chairs, along with additional seating at the kitchen bar top. The updated, fully stocked kitchen invites culinary creativity, complete with a large pantry closet, half bath, and walk-in laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer.

From the dining area, step onto the large partially shaded Back Deck, overlooking the private pool and small lawn. Furnished with deep-seating lounge furniture and a BBQ grill, this space offers shade by day and a starlit view by night.

Adjacent to the pool, a covered patio provides respite from the sun and serves as a gateway to the Guest Suite and separate mudroom entrance. The Guest Suite features private access to the back patio and pool, offering a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, two chests of drawers, and a spacious closet.

On the main living floor, three additional bedrooms await. The Master Suite boasts a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with a large shower and whirlpool tub, and a balcony overlooking the pool and glimpses of the Gulf. Two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a twin over a queen bunk bed with a twin trundle bed, share a full bath, each offering comfortable accommodation and access to the expansive Family Porch that spans the front of the home.

The Loft on the top floor provides a cozy retreat with a queen bed, TV, and panoramic views from its wraparound balcony, offering a glimpse of Destin Pointe, coastal lakes, partial views of the Gulf, and the pass.
