Upon entering Magnolia House 107, you are greeted with warm and inviting tones, giving a cozy and welcoming feel. The living area is tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The sofa pulls out into a queen bed allowing for extra sleeping space. Large windows overlook the pool, creating a tranquil atmosphere as you take in the beautiful view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The warm tones continue in the kitchen, with earthy hues, creating a cozy atmosphere while cooking or enjoying meals.
The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, dressed in high-quality linens, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, there is a dresser and closet for storage, ensuring you can unpack and feel right at home. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo and plenty of counter space with both an entrance in the bedroom and in the common area. It is stocked with towels and essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
One of the major attractions of this condo is its amenities. The condo includes two beach access points, providing easy access to the beautiful sandy beaches. Additionally, two adult bikes are provided seasonally, allowing you to explore the area and enjoy the scenic views.
The gated Destin Pointe community includes three resort pools, providing plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. There are also tennis and pickleball courts, perfect for those who love to stay active. Shuffleboard is also available for those who want to try their hand at a fun and classic game.

This condo was beautiful.
This condo was beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The 1st night we were a little cold so they brought extra blankets the next day when we called. We loved using the free tickets for the dolphin cruise and deep sea fishing a major bonus for sure. The pool was so nice. I thought it was going to be a far walk to beach but not bad at all. Great Stay
Great condo - easy access to the beach (5 minute walk) and clean and maintained pool access (no beach or pool towels provided) There are no eating places within walking distance but doordash and ubers are easy to use. Clean rooms, fantastic customer service (locked ourselves out of the room and they have text support that immediately helped us - took less than 3 minutes all in to get back into our room). We will definitely be back!
We loved staying in this condo. Plenty of space for 4 people. Only complaint would be the handle to the balcony broke and the smoke alarm needed a new battery at 5 in the morning. Bright side, the office took care of both issues immediately. The condo looked and smelled clean when we arrived. The views are amazing. We enjoyed our time and didn’t want to leave. 10/10 would stay in this one again.
This was the nicest condo we have stayed in at Destin Pointe. Many of them are overdue for an upgrade and look dirty even when they are clean. Awesome place to stay
This is an awesome place to stay in Destin! We loved the location and community. Very clean. The pool is heated which is nice and easy access to the beach.
