Magnolia House 204 at Destin Pointe Resort

Mongolia House at Destin Pointe was perfect for our week long stay. The beach access and multiple pools were all within a very reasonable waking distance. The community was quiet and peaceful yet only a 10 minute drive from anything we needed (restaurants, groceries, the Boardwalk…). The condo itself was immaculately clean with very comfortable beds after long days of enjoying the beach. We enjoyed multiple nights of grilling out on the provided grills while watching the kids enjoy the pool. Everything was perfect for our family of 5.

We had a wonderful week staying in Magnolia House! The condo was amazing - i loved the lanai area and the views from the balcony were spectacular. Gorgeous sunsets every night. We loved the pools, and also the privacy of the complex. It’s secluded and quiet but still within 10-15 minutes of everything. We will definitely be back in the future.

We loved the view, and we were able to see the pirate ship cruise every sunset!
Lovely Condo. We really enjoyed the tasteful furnishings and decor. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed for meal preparation. The beds were very comfortable, even the sleeper sofa mattress was great!

Excellent location and beautiful condo! Magnolia 204 This condo is absolutely beautiful and so cozy. We stayed for 4 days last week and had the best time. The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable and has a great view. It is decorated so elegant but also has such a homey vibe. Comfortable as soon as you walk in. The beds are so comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious enough to not feel cramped w multiple people using. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking either light or full blown meals. We had everything we needed, even spices! The amenities include two pools and a hot tub which we used daily and never seem packed. The walk to the beach is beautiful and quick and there is an option for a tram to transport. The restaurants and grocery stores around offered anything we could’ve needed. I have stayed at this specific condo multiple times for family vacations and would highly recommend to anyone looking to book in the area. It’s is absolute perfection!

We LOVED the magnolia house!!! The community is quiet, laid back and perfect for anyone with kids! The board walk from the community to the private beach access is a breeze to walk. It beats any walk we have ever had that wasn’t directly on beach. You can see the jetty from the balcony that over looks the pool! Condo was super nice, zero complaints! The lanai is amazing because it reduces having to bring any sandy items inside! Complimentary beach chair and umbrella was amazing to have. We got to the beach around noon each day, and there was always a front row spot with plenty of space. While we did have a condo pool, we utilized the infinity pool every single day after the beach. It’s so nice to shower the sand off and jump right in before you walk back to the magnolia. My young kids loved every second of the beach and pools. This definitely is our top favorite place we have stayed and we will for sure come back!! We did walk through the dunes to the inlet one morning instead of the board walk and that wasn’t a bad walk either!! Our condo was quiet, chill, and everything we needed inside. The beach wagon, boogie boards, foam cooler, and beach toys were all an added bonus! We didn’t have to buy the kids a thing to go to the beach with!! So thankful to have the extras! Sunsets on the back porch and watching the fireworks from there as well was also amazing! Lots of places within a five minute driving distance but tucked away to feel like your own private space!

Fall break family beach vacation
We’ve stayed at other units at magnolia house before, but unit 204 was our favorite. The owners did a terrific job of decorating and furnishing it. The cleanliness and color scheme were inviting the moment we stepped inside. My wife is quite picky, but even she mentioned how the bed was so comfortable. Our children enjoyed hanging out in the picturesque balcony. I appreciated the wooden flooring with no carpeting. Being on the second floor was also a convenience. Overall, we probably would’ve had a good time regardless. But given a choice, we’d pick this particular unit every time.
