Magnolia House 204 is a modern and bright two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo boasting stunning views of the Gulf and is equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing beach getaway.
As you step into the unit, you'll be greeted by a flowing layout where the living room and kitchen blend seamlessly together, creating a feeling of spaciousness and allowing for natural light to flow throughout the space. The living room is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating, a large TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking Gulf views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you'll need to whip up your favorite meals. The adjacent dining table features seating for six, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends.
The two bedrooms are both beautifully appointed and designed for your comfort. The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
In addition to the lovely interiors, this condo also comes with a range of outdoor amenities to enhance your stay. You'll have access to a beach setup, which includes two beach chairs and an umbrella, making it easy to relax on the pristine white sand beaches just steps away. You'll also have access to two adult bikes, perfect for exploring the nearby Norriego Point with easy access to Crab Island.

Excellent location and beautiful condo! Magnolia 204 This condo is absolutely beautiful and so cozy. We stayed for 4 days last week and had the best time. The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable and has a great view. It is decorated so elegant but also has such a homey vibe. Comfortable as soon as you walk in. The beds are so comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious enough to not feel cramped w multiple people using. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking either light or full blown meals. We had everything we needed, even spices! The amenities include two pools and a hot tub which we used daily and never seem packed. The walk to the beach is beautiful and quick and there is an option for a tram to transport. The restaurants and grocery stores around offered anything we could’ve needed. We LOVED the magnolia house!!! The community is quiet, laid back and perfect for anyone with kids! The board walk from the community to the private beach access is a breeze to walk. It beats any walk we have ever had that wasn’t directly on beach. You can see the jetty from the balcony that over looks the pool! Condo was super nice, zero complaints! The lanai is amazing because it reduces having to bring any sandy items inside! Complimentary beach chair and umbrella was amazing to have. We got to the beach around noon each day, and there was always a front row spot with plenty of space. While we did have a condo pool, we utilized the infinity pool every single day after the beach. It’s so nice to shower the sand off and jump right in before you walk back to the magnolia. My young kids loved every second of the beach and pools. This definitely is our top favorite place we have stayed and we will for sure come back!! We did walk through the dunes to the inlet one morning instead of the board walk and that wasn’t a bad walk either!! Our condo was quiet, chill, and everything we needed inside. The beach wagon, boogie boards, foam cooler, and beach toys were all an added bonus! We didn’t have to buy the kids a thing to go to the beach with!! So thankful to have the extras! Sunsets on the back porch and watching the fireworks from there as well was also amazing! Fall break family beach vacation
We’ve stayed at other units at magnolia house before, but unit 204 was our favorite. The owners did a terrific job of decorating and furnishing it. The cleanliness and color scheme were inviting the moment we stepped inside. My wife is quite picky, but even she mentioned how the bed was so comfortable. Our children enjoyed hanging out in the picturesque balcony. I appreciated the wooden flooring with no carpeting. Being on the second floor was also a convenience. Overall, we probably would’ve had a good time regardless. But given a choice, we’d pick this particular unit every time.- Binh N , Posted: 11/8/2023
