We loved staying here! Everything was great & host was very responsive. Looks exactly like the pictures. We loved the access to three pools & the two free chairs at the beach. Overall 10/10 experience staying here!

Awesome stay
Stay is decent and located right before the heated swimming pool and easy beach access. Had a very relaxed time with family. Had few small appliance issues, but sorted on time with property manager.

can’t say enough good things
Have been coming to Destin for 10 years and always stay on Gulf Shore Drive. Destin Pointe was by far my favorite stay due to its location, paved beach access, and the multiple activities that my family enjoyed while staying there. We played pickle ball, swam in all three swimming pools, went for bike rides, and easily walked down to the gulf or to the Jetty. I can’t say enough good things about Destin Pointe!

Clean condo with ocean view
We enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a beautiful gated community and has beautiful views. It was a good size condo and appeared to be very clean. There’s a nice pool area but the beach is a little far. Unsure as to why the beach shuttle isn’t working. We would return & would recommend the condo to others.

Coolest area in Destin
This condo was perfect and cozy! It was close to a jetter, which was even better than being right on the beach. There were many boats pulling up to let people on and off, and I felt safer from sharks because of all the boat traffic. We even saw an ice cream boat pull up, which was really cool! The condo was perfectly nestled overlooking the ocean, and we could watch all the cool boats going in and out of the channel. I would definitely stay at this place again!

We were so pleased with this booking.
Took my children 9 and 11 here for the end of summer/back to school get away. We were so pleased with this booking. Walking access to the beach and they loved the pool. We were updated the day of check in of a few things that we a little broken but they fixed one and the other did not effect our stay. I would suggest if you bring your little ones , there isn't any extra blankets so we ran to target which is close by to get some for them. No big deal in the scheme of things. They even had sand toys, floats, and my children took the beach ball every where. This was the perfect get away for my little family. Thankyou.

Yearly Destin Trip
The place was adorable. I loved the layout. 2nd floor overlooks the beautiful pool. The bed was comfy. I liked the closed front porch to store rafts and beach items. Management was very attentive and returned texts promptly. I would book again in the future. The beach is a bit of a walk but doable.

Seaside Sanctuary
Upon booking our stay at Magnolia House, we were thrilled to see photos of a beautiful, secluded beach. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that the photos were not an accurate representation of the property's beach access. We had to take a tram and walk several blocks to reach the public beach access where we were provided with free chairs and umbrellas. However, despite this initial disappointment, we found that the property was well-maintained and clean. The owner and manager were also quick to respond to any of our questions and concerns. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service we received. While we enjoyed our stay, we did feel that the property could use some upgrades. The bathroom sink took forever to drain and the mattresses on the bed and pull out couch were not very comfortable. We suggest the owner consider adding memory foam mattress toppers to ensure guests can get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the patio furniture was uncomfortable, and we recommend swapping out the Adirondack chairs for a small plush sectional, and a comfy bistro set for eating poolside with that grand view! Despite these minor drawbacks, we would still recommend Magnolia House to friends and family. We enjoyed exploring the many activities and attractions in the area, including the Gulfarium marine adventure park, the US Air Force Armament Museum, boating on Crab Island with Happy's pontoon rental service, Big Kahuna water park, & Destin Pier. The restaurants were spectacular! We recommend Boshamps Oyster House, & Fatboys! Overall, we had a great time on our vacation and would recommend Magnolia House as a comfortable and convenient base for exploring all that the area has to offer.
