Magnolia House 302 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo featuring a light, airy atmosphere with crisp white walls and a relaxed coastal feel. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, including a king bed in the master bedroom, a full and twin bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area for additional sleeping accommodations.

The condo features a private balcony that provides stunning Gulf views and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.

Beach access is conveniently located nearby, allowing you to easily take advantage of the white sand beaches and sparkling waters.

For those who love sports, the gated community of Destin Pointe, where Magnolia House 302 is located, offers tennis and pickleball courts and a basketball hoop for your enjoyment. Additionally, guests can easily explore the area on two provided adult bikes.
