Magnolia House 303 at Destin Pointe Resort

Great condo at Magnolia House
This 2 bedroom rental was perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teen boys). The property is clean and well maintained, providing all you need for a family vacation at beach. This was our 6th time renting in Destin Pointe and 4th time staying at Magnolia House. We love the convenient location of the subdivision, the amenities and the two beach access options. Checking in and out was easy and communication with the property management company was a breeze. Shout out to the management company for going above and beyond to mail us my son's driving permit, which was inadvertently forgot inside the condo upon check up. We definitely recommend Magnolia House Unit 303!

Great stay! We’ll definitely come again! We couldn’t find any cooking oil as listed in the description but not too big of a deal. Fantastic location! We didn’t need to leave to go to a beach/events because we had such fun events for the 4th here at the community and a beach within walking distance that was safely tucked near rocks where scuba boats come to the calm waters! Felt safe having kids swim in the ocean without being waves

This was our first time staying at Destin Pointe and we fell in love with the whole little gated community. It's clean, peaceful, safe and the beach was absolutely gorgeous! We stayed in magnolia house 303 and it was a beautiful condo! We had 6 guest and we were comfortable but it probably would be better with 4 guest. You cannot beat the view from your balcony and the walk to either beaches and pool isn't far. It's a beautiful walk wherever you go. We will definitely be back again.

Mostly clean and updated condo unit - though the floors could have been cleaned more thoroughly before we checked in. Beautiful view of and short walk to the beach made for an excellent stay. Would stay here again.

Great place!
Great place! Location is awesome! Only complaint is the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes but we were too busy enjoying the vacation that I didn’t call to report it.

everything was perfect!!
Overall a great experience!! Condo has a nice view, was clean, comfortable,inviting and offered all amenities. I would, however, like to suggest getting an outdoor table for guests(either front or back) as the only table is the glass top kitchen one. Other than that, everything was perfect!!

Magnolia House 303
