Great Thanksgiving Break
This condo was awesome! Fantastic view, clean, and the little welcome packet was so thoughtful when you hadn't gone to the grocery store yet! The handwritten note was an amazing touch. Condo was exactly like in pictures and the binder was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Definitely plan to come back!
We loved this place! It was in such a great location and was exactly as described. Loved that it was a private beach AND came with chair service. Also close to plenty of things to do when we wanted to go out to eat or anything at night. Definitely plan to come back!

highly recommend
This was our 3rd trip to Destin and we have always stayed at the Magnolia House ( just different units). This unit 307 was very comfortable and the view was awesome! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with kitchen items and the unit was very clean. We had absolutely no issues with our stay and highly recommend the Magnolia House

Fabulous
Compared to other properties in this area and hiking & biking all around, this seemed to have best amenities and location by far. The Magnolia House was awesome and guests and owners were equally friendly. 3 pools were great and Weber grills provided a nice option for grill masters. The perks into the harbor area, like water taxi (complimentary) were awesome. Great bang for the buck!

We made memories to last a lifetime, & will definitely be back.
Magnolia Blooms! We loved the ability to book our golf and other fun events through Xplorie. The space is perfect for two adults, as well as an additional guest. The decor is perfectly beachy, and you cannot miss the sunset view from the balcony. We took beach walks from one of our private beaches to the other to watch the sunset and highly recommend adding that for an activity. The lovely neighborhood is not only beautiful but feels safe. Both of the pools were supremely clean and cool, and having two private beach access areas along with bikes we were never out of things to do. The hosts were quick to respond to my inquiry via text quickly which I love the no hassle texting option. We made memories to last a lifetime, & will definitely be back.

Great beach condo.
This was our first time in Destin. The location was great and we were close to everything in the area. Easy beach access. The only thing that bothered me was the room was located right in front of the elevators and was very loud at times essentially in the early morning hours . It definitely would not stop me from staying here again. Hope to be back soon! Thank you.

Such a lovely vacation spot!
Peaceful getaway near everything! can't rave enough about this rental. it was the perfect spot for a serene getaway on the beach. My husband and I stayed here for some much needed rest and relaxation. The rental looked exactly as pictured, the decor was spot on, kitchen fully equipped, everything was clean and most of all the property grounds were immaculate and secure. The beach was a short walk and the pool on the grounds was the icing on the cake. Great restaurants and the host even added 1 ticket per day for local activities!!! The hospitality of the host was superior... very responsive and great communication. Such a lovely vacation spot!

Would def stay again!
Quiet…(except for construction being done at times, which really didn’t bother us)… private, beautiful condo and amazing views!! Fireworks on Thursday night was a nice little plus as we sat out on the balcony enjoying the views. Condo was very clean, felt like home! Loved the local restaurant recommendations. Great host! Would def stay again!

Amazing vacation spot!
From the ease of booking to check in, this was a frictionless vacation experience. The unit was spotless and had great views! Hot tub and pool were great and location is close to the beach.
