Magnolia House 310 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the beautiful Emerald Coast, known for its stunning beaches and crystal-clear waters. The condo features a private balcony that offers breathtaking views of the Gulf and Mexico and Destin's East Pass, providing the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying the scenic surroundings.

The condo's interior is decorated in a crisp and simple style, creating a tranquil atmosphere ideal for unwinding after a day of beach exploration. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with plush seating and a flat-screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances and the essentials needed for preparing meals.

Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and linens. The master features a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, the guest room features two twin beds, and the living room holds a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space for friends or family. The condo is also equipped with high-speed internet and cable TV, ensuring guests can stay connected and entertained during their stay.
