As you enter Magnolia House 409, you'll notice the modern coastal décor that creates a calming and relaxing atmosphere. The condo includes shades of beige and blue, reminiscent of the ocean and sand. The floors are made of light-colored tile, and the furniture is a mix of natural materials like wood, rattan, and wicker.
The living room features a comfortable sofa covered in a soft blue fabric that pulls into a queen sleeper sofa, a large TV, and a ceiling fan to circulate the ocean breeze and create a soothing atmosphere.
Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The countertops are made of sleek granite, and the cabinets are painted a crisp white.
The bedroom has a king-size Tempur-Pedic bed covered in crisp white linens and is furnished with a dresser, nightstand, and a wall-mounted TV. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan to keep you cool during hot summer nights.
The bathroom features a modern vanity and a walk-in shower with sleek glass doors.
The private balcony is accessible through sliding glass doors in the living room. It features a small bistro table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying the beautiful views.
The gated community has three pools, a hot tub, and beach access. Two adult bikes are provided for exploring the area, and there are also tennis and pickleball courts and a shuffleboard court for some friendly competition.
The condo is close to popular attractions, making it ideal for a relaxing beach vacation. Whether you're looking for fine dining, shopping, or outdoor activities, you'll find plenty of options nearby.

This was our second year at Destin Pointe Magnolia House. This condo complex is great for those that need accommodations/ADA. The pools are all accessible with a ramp and zero entry. The walk to the beach is 5-10 minutes, but it is all on sidewalks or trek decking. We will be back next year! This is our second time staying here and it was as wonderful as the first time! We love the location, the pools and the private beach access. The Airbnb has everything you need and more!
