Just Perfect
We stayed in 503 recently and it truly was just perfect for our family. The view is incredible for the Gulf pass, sunsets and fireworks, not to mention the beautiful pool below. Love that the second bedroom has 4 bunks, each with their own TV. It also has a pocket door so they can be divided 2 and 2. The interior decor is serene and inviting throughout the home. The balcony has comfortable seating while you’re enjoying that view. Another practical area is the enclosed room before you enter the actual condo. They have outdoor seating and a large nook to store beach toys and gear…that’s a lot less sand tracked inside! The Destin Pointe Vacation Rental team were so great to work with us in scheduling our visit and the amenities they include are wonderful. My husband loves the 3 excellent golf courses they have through Explorie, but there’s so much more they offer beyond golf. It was great
We were very comfortable in this condo. It had great beach items as well and the home was very comfortable. Our children loved the bunk beds! Beautiful condo, peaceful stay: My family of 5 just returned from our stay at Magnolia House 503 and we will definitely be back when possible. The condo was beautifully decorated and furnished, the kitchen was better equipped than anywhere else we’ve ever stayed and the entire place was super clean. We actually overpacked because there was a beach wagon, chairs and sand toys there waiting for us when we arrived. Super convenient. We were able to book this condo quickly on an unexpected change of plans. We have always loved this neighborhood but never stayed in the condos. Slightly older building but the condo was pristine and taken care of. Super views. Quiet. 5 minute walk to beaches. Love all the amenities in the neighborhood. Great Family Vacation! From the moment we opened the door and saw the beautiful balcony view we knew it would be a great week! Magnolia House 503 was clean, updated, and well stocked. We were surprised to find a beach wagon, snorkeling gear, wave boards, and beach chairs available for us on our lanai. The pool areas were clean and inviting and the staff were always friendly. With so many amenities, there was something special for everyone! The walk to the beach was a little longer than we anticipated, but it was worth it for the smaller crowds and family atmosphere.
