Magnolia House 504 at Destin Pointe Resort

There are many positive things to mention about our stay at Magnolia House: 1. Excellent communication at all times 2. The staff at the gate were extremely friendly 3. We had a question, so we went to the office, and a young woman there was very welcoming—she even offered us cold drinks 4. The house was very clean and smelled great when we arrived 5. The house looks just like it does in the photos 6. Spectacular view 7. Easy access to the pools and beaches 8. We couldn’t find one of the bikes, and the company called us right away and resolved the issue efficiently. 9. Excellent location and a very quiet community 100 percent recommended, and I hope to return soon

Our stay was awesome! Right on the beach, multiple amazing pools and a very cute, private, quiet and safe beach development. Our condo was clean, decorated so cute and had a good stock of kitchenware. We had everything we needed to cook and eat meals and snacks. We loved our stay here and would stay again.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Destin Pointe. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, welcoming, and stress-free. The entire process was smooth and well managed, which allowed us to focus on enjoying time together instead of worrying about the details. The home itself was beautiful. The décor had a warm coastal charm that made it feel both elegant and comfortable. Every room was thoughtfully arranged, and the open, spacious layout gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. Whether we were gathering together, enjoying meals, or simply unwinding after a day at the beach, the space never felt crowded. One thing we really appreciated was how organized everything was. It was obvious that a lot of care had gone into preparing the home for guests. Everything had its place, the furnishings were comfortable, and the property felt clean, well maintained, and inviting throughout our stay. Thank you for helping make our family trip so memorable!

We stayed June 2026. The condo is very nice and clean. The area it is in is gated and feels very safe. It’s a pretty place. However I did feel some of the info about the accessibility to beaches is misleading. The site states there are 2 beaches for your use. One is a very good walk away but we purposely got this condo bc of the closer beach, the East Pass Beach. You actually cannot use this beach at all! You can walk on it but this is not where your 2 “free” chairs are nor can you set a chair up on this beach. This beach belongs to the neighboring condo. They WILL make you leave. This is the beach that is advertised as No Riptides(which is correct) & one of the reasons we got this condo. But we were Not able to utilize it. Right pass the East Pass beach and before the Gulf side beach there is a small and I do mean very small public area of beach. You can use that. It is nice but again VERY tiny. Also a good little walk to that as well(over a large sand dune unless you walk through east pass beach). We would not have rented here had we realized all of this. We like to be beachfront, I am willing to pay extra for beachfront but I thought that’s what I was doing. NOT beachfront at all. Condo was wonderful, but location to beach is misleading. There are signs leading to EP Beach saying this is for Destin Point only but that also not true. I don’t think this is the owners fault by any means but it does need to be stated in the condo description more accurately

We do want to clarify that guests of Destin Pointe are welcome to enjoy the East Pass beach area, provided they remain to the left of the Emerald Grande beach chair setup, in accordance with the local beach service guidelines. The easiest way to access this area is via the beach access at the end of Rosalie Drive. We also appreciate your recommendation regarding our listing description. Clear expectations are important to us, and we will be updating our listing information to better explain the available beach access and help future guests navigate the area with confidence. As always, we love staying at the Magnolia House!! We've been faithful stayers for the past few years, sometimes twice a year. The Destin Pointe team was super helpful, responded quickly and always answered any questions. This specific listing was exactly like the pictures that were posted! The room was nice and spacious. We feel at home staying here. We ran into a couple of small issues. The sprinkler in the bathroom was leaking in the floor and we had to use a can to catch it. They fixed that. (Thermostat was set on 74 most of the stay plus sent pictures and videos to Destin Pointe). The air vents would overly condensate, causing small puddles in all rooms that we had to wipe up often. The maintenance guy never showed so we just kept cleaning it up. Overall, we loved the stay! We will not go anywhere else in Destin besides the Magnolia House! We may try a different unit next time. No hard feelings, just wished they would have fixed it. We will be back!

The place and surroundings were great! View was spectacular!! We had trouble with the code getting in thinking the gate code was the door code. The door code was embedded in a link from a text which was discovered too late. Not the fault of DP but some of us seniors are not technology savvy. The big frustration was when contacting ABB the average response time said seven hours. Luckily for us, there was a gentleman working the guard house that went above and beyond his job and contacted someone, got a new code and then came to our door and let us in. I wish I had his name because he needs high praise and a raise.

Everything about my stay in the Destin Pointe community was excellent, from the beautiful decor and ammenities of our condo unit at Magnolia House, to the lush grounds and complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully maintained, and tucked away from the traffic of the nearby highway. The last time I stayed in Destin Pointe was in 1995 and this visit was every bit as enjoyable as my last one. I would highly recommend Destin Point to anyone looking for exceptional accomodations on a gulf vacation in Destin.

This place was gorgeous
This place was gorgeous and the views from the balcony were breathtaking! We enjoyed our evening walks, our choice of three pools, and two beautiful beaches. Walmart delivers groceries without any issues and there is a water ferry that takes you to the village and restaurants. The only downside to this wonderful condo was that the mattresses in both bedrooms are very firm so if you prefer a soft mattress then it will be very uncomfortable. Other than that, we would definitely book this condo in the future!!

The views were fantastic.
The views were fantastic. Check in and communication was great, for the most part. I suggest making an inventory of things you might need to pick up at the grocery store as some basic items were not available. That said, it wasn't anything major. My group really enjoyed the stay. The condo itself was very nice and the beds were comfortable. There were three pools to choose from and the grounds and neighborhood were beautiful and well kept. Hope I get to stay there again.

Beautiful Destin Pointe Condo Vacation My son and I were delighted with our Magnolia House condo unit #504. It was just as beautiful in person as the pictures on the website. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The decor was a really lovely beach vibe and the furniture and accessories were very updated and attractive. The condo is located within easy walking distance from the beach, and having the complimentary chairs and umbrella was a huge plus. The Destin Pointe staff were extremely helpful and available all thru our stay. I would always choose Destin Point for any vacation on the Destin gulf coast! Jayne V.

you can’t find a better spot
The condo was perfectly clean, well stocked, all furnishings is great condition, and the view is beautiful. If you’re looking to stay in Destin, you can’t find a better spot. The Destin Pointe grounds are very well taken care of, the pools are great, and the walk to the beach is very easy.

Destin Pointe: Our happy place!
We’ve been spending Spring Break in Magnolia House for 35 years! We love everything about Destin Pointe, and we wouldn’t even think of staying elsewhere. Our stay this year in 504 was great. 504 is absolutely beautiful! Thank you for maintaining such a special property....And that new infinity pool—spectacular! Can’t wait to return!

The property management is fantastic.
The property management is fantastic. Staff was friendly and they reached out about something we accidentally left behind. Stunning views, beautiful pool area and beaches. Cleaning staff does an amazing job. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the unit. Only downside was that the hot tub broke about halfway through our trip. Close to restaurants and fun things to do, with the privacy of a gated community.
