Great condo
This condo was perfect for our stay, close to beaches and restaurants. The view was even better than in the pictures, and the entire complex was pleasantly quite. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent
Everything about my stay in the Destin Pointe community was excellent, from the beautiful decor and ammenities of our condo unit at Magnolia House, to the lush grounds and complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully maintained, and tucked away from the traffic of the nearby highway. The last time I stayed in Destin Pointe was in 1995 and this visit was every bit as enjoyable as my last one. I would highly recommend Destin Point to anyone looking for exceptional accomodations on a gulf vacation in Destin.

This place was gorgeous
This place was gorgeous and the views from the balcony were breathtaking! We enjoyed our evening walks, our choice of three pools, and two beautiful beaches. Walmart delivers groceries without any issues and there is a water ferry that takes you to the village and restaurants. The only downside to this wonderful condo was that the mattresses in both bedrooms are very firm so if you prefer a soft mattress then it will be very uncomfortable. Other than that, we would definitely book this condo in the future!!

The views were fantastic.
The views were fantastic. Check in and communication was great, for the most part. I suggest making an inventory of things you might need to pick up at the grocery store as some basic items were not available. That said, it wasn't anything major. My group really enjoyed the stay. The condo itself was very nice and the beds were comfortable. There were three pools to choose from and the grounds and neighborhood were beautiful and well kept. Hope I get to stay there again.

Beautiful Destin Pointe Condo
Beautiful Destin Pointe Condo Vacation My son and I were delighted with our Magnolia House condo unit #504. It was just as beautiful in person as the pictures on the website. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The decor was a really lovely beach vibe and the furniture and accessories were very updated and attractive. The condo is located within easy walking distance from the beach, and having the complimentary chairs and umbrella was a huge plus. The Destin Pointe staff were extremely helpful and available all thru our stay. I would always choose Destin Point for any vacation on the Destin gulf coast! Jayne V.

you can’t find a better spot
The condo was perfectly clean, well stocked, all furnishings is great condition, and the view is beautiful. If you’re looking to stay in Destin, you can’t find a better spot. The Destin Pointe grounds are very well taken care of, the pools are great, and the walk to the beach is very easy.

Destin Pointe: Our happy place!
We’ve been spending Spring Break in Magnolia House for 35 years! We love everything about Destin Pointe, and we wouldn’t even think of staying elsewhere. Our stay this year in 504 was great. 504 is absolutely beautiful! Thank you for maintaining such a special property....And that new infinity pool—spectacular! Can’t wait to return!

Enjoyable and relaxing
We were extremely pleased with the property. The location felt secure and clean, the beach was in a terrific location, and the condo was as beautiful as advertised. There were plenty of activities to keep all of us entertained. We plan to stay with Destin Pointe when we plan our next vacation to Destin, FL.

The property management is fantastic.
The property management is fantastic. Staff was friendly and they reached out about something we accidentally left behind. Stunning views, beautiful pool area and beaches. Cleaning staff does an amazing job. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the unit. Only downside was that the hot tub broke about halfway through our trip. Close to restaurants and fun things to do, with the privacy of a gated community.

Kitchen was very well equipped. The whole condo is comfortable and feels like home. Vacuum was very much appreciated. With kids here I used it daily. View is relaxing and beautiful. Hope to comeback soon.
