We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous place! The photos really didn't do it justice. The amenities were perfect for our little family of 4 including a 3 and 5-year-old. We will definitely be back.

We truly appreciate the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the area. The place is well situated and convenient to many other areas. The unit itself was an oasis, peaceful and relaxing with a great view of the harbor and beach. We would definitely rent again.

The Perfect Getaway!
We’ve stayed at the Magnolia House several times, but this stay checked all of the boxes. The view from the 5th floor was exactly what we needed for the week. Thank you for quick responses and making sure we had what we needed. Hope to come back soon.

Come prepared to have you attitude changed to laid back. Enjoy!
First, the staff/management is excellent....professional and courteous. The decor was stylish and condo very clean. The balcony looks out over the pool and then the dunes and then the ocean... very relaxing, even on a rainy day. Three pools and easy access to the beach. Beautiful ambiance. Friendly helpful staff. Love my condo these last several years. Perfect size, necessary kitchen supplies available and in good condition. The Destin Pointe staff is helpful, friendly, kind and pleasant. Three pools and my favorite is very close to Mag House.

I would book this condo for each trip to Destin
The condo was clean and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Has everything you could need. Perfect view of the pass from the balcony to watch the boats & fireworks. Great to have an elevator and carts. Nice pool area & walkable beach access to the gulf and jetty. Loved that there were 2 chairs and an umbrella provided. Short distance to HarbourWalk, drive or take boat taxi. The Destin Pointe community is well-kept, quiet, and feels safe. I would book this condo for each trip to Destin I make, if possible.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully appointed Magnolia House unit #507 at Destin Pointe. It made our getaway relaxing and memorable. The unit has been updated to include everything we needed and a bunch of stuff that was just cool to have (wifi, charging station, Alexa Echo device). Additionally, Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals was a pleasure to work with. They delivered everything as promised, checked on our satisfaction after we entered the unit, and provided all the information we needed throughout our stay. They even sent a text after we checked-out thanking us for our stay. Overall a wonderful, stress-free experience.

Wonderful mother-daughter vacation. Exceeded my expectations! Love the condo. Interior decoration perfect and felt like it was an extension of the beach. View was breathtaking. Bed was very comfortable. Want to come back next year. Thank you

Unit 507 is our favorite
We have enjoyed staying at Mag house during previous trips to Destin Pointe. Unit 507 is our favorite! The view from the 5th floor is wonderful, and the condo is updated and comfortable. We have made ourselves at home and have enjoyed every minute. We know several people who own houses in the neighborhood, but we prefer our own space, and I'm sure we will be repeat visitors to 507! Thanks for the outstanding accommodations!

#507 - Yipee!!
Every year brings joy, great weather and a special condo - 507! Thank you for sharing it and all the extras. A new microwave, floors, kitchen supplies, and LOVE the new sink. Such a treat! As usual, I head for the pool, walk around DP, and of course the beach! I wish you good health and many blessings. P.S. I'm not from the South but I always get here as fast as I can with many thoughts of returning again... The new rug is beautiful and perfect. Such kind, thoughtful, and fun neighbors!
