Magnolia House 508 offers stunning views of the Gulf and Destin's East Pass from its private balcony on the fifth floor. The condo has been beautifully furnished and decorated to create a comfortable and inviting space for guests.
The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with high-quality linens and plenty of pillows. The bathroom includes a large tub/shower with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. There are also plenty of towels and washcloths provided for guest use.
The living area includes a comfortable sofa, chairs, and a TV. There is also a dining area with seating for four, perfect for enjoying meals together or playing games.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. There are also plenty of dishes, glassware, and utensils provided. Directly outside the kitchen, you will find a washer and dryer perfect for beach towels and swim suites.
One of the condo's best features is its easy access to the beach. There are two beach access points, and guests can take advantage of the beach service to enjoy chairs and an umbrella while on the sand. For those who prefer to explore on two wheels, two adult bicycles are included in your rental.
Included in the gated Destin Pointe community are three resort pools, as well as a hot tub for soaking tired muscles. The tennis/pickleball courts provide even more outdoor recreation and exercise opportunities.
This condo is conveniently located near many popular spots in Destin, Florida. Norreigo Point and Crab Island are some of the most popular. You'll be just minutes from fantastic restaurants, shopping, and attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything this beautiful area offers.

It was wonderful!
"Quaint & Relaxing" ~ This was our first time staying at Magnolia House. Our condo was very nice - perfect for me & my husband. Furnishings were updated and comfortable. Large tv in living area (tv in our bedroom as well). Comfortable king bed, and the bathroom was roomy with a very large tub & shower combo. We liked the various light options and wall mirror features in this bathroom. The balcony was peaceful - overlooking the pool- with a view of the inlet and sunsets - we enjoyed watching boats coming & going. Kitchen was well equipped. Big stainless fridge. The tap on/off kitchen sink was handy. The lanai offered a nice privacy feature too. We appreciated everything about this condo. We will definitely be back to stay in 508! Would highly recommend.

Very Relaxing Vacation
Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals and our Magnolia House condo - both exceeded our expectations! Excellent, prompt, and courteous customer service. Our condo was perfect for me & my husband. We truly felt welcomed. The complimentary beach chairs & umbrella provided in our rent at this condo - was a big help - it made our stay even better. Enjoyed the various pools on the property too. Unit 508 Magnolia House-Fantastic Views!
Unit 508 Magnolia House-Fantastic Views! Our stay was fantastic! This unit has perfect view of the East Pass. You get the Gulf, the Pass and the Harbor all at the same time. Harborwalk Village and fireworks are awesome at night. We had a minor need for maintenance to reset the kitchen faucet. They were responsive and quick to fix. The condo is beautiful too with all updated appliances. The only thing we found a little awkward is getting out of the shower. The tub is usually high and hard to step over. Everything was great.
Condo stay at Magnolia House Everything was great. It was nice to be able to reach out for info when needed. The pools were nice and family friendly. Private beach access was awesome and a short walk from the condo which was inside a gated community. It was such a nice stay. There was also free activities tickets throughout Destin included with stay as well as a wristband that allows free parking to visit Harbor Village. The condo had enough stuff to do one dish washer load and one washing machine load, so if your staying a few days and plan on washing, bring a couple tide pods or cascade pods etc. also, if you are a regular coffee drinker, bring a few coffee filters so you don’t have to run and buy a whole pack of them.- Haley R , Posted: 5/30/2025

My wife & I booked this condo for our honeymoon & it was an amazing stay! The condo was extremely nice & it was right by the pool & the beach was such a short (but beautiful) walk. Family vacation
