The condo was wonderful although we did get some laughs from the lop sided stove top when cooking eggs and the door was broken to the washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable. I wish I had known from the moment we got there that the dehumidifier needed to be on at all times. The owners were wonderful in answering all of our questions especially me being very nervous about check- ins they were very patient with me! This was our first time to Destin. We loved the location of Destin Pointe. We had easy walking access to two beach options. We were close driving proximity to many recommended/suggested dining and entertainment options. Perfect beach escape for family with kids

Nice getaway
We enjoyed staying here and had a good trip. It is an easy walk to the beach for the two of us. A few tips - if you are planning to rent an umbrella and chairs, you are in luck. They are set up over half of the beach space for this area. If you want to use your own umbrella and chairs, you will need to set up outside of the area where the rentals are. It is a large portion of the beach. The snorkeling in this area is great. We saw a manatee, turtles, and ones of fish. However, this is not a secret spot - a lot of paid snorkeling boats will show up throughout the day. It wasn't a big deal and we enjoyed the beach - just expect boats and large snorkeling groups.For the actual rooms, no issues, great view, clean, and a mostly stocked kitchen of utensils, bowls, etc. We had no issues and will definitely look to stay here again when we are in Destin.- Leslie B , Posted: 6/26/2025

We had a great time as always. We always stay in Destin Pointe but don't always use Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals.
