Our favorite area to stay in Destin.
The Magnolia House has been our favorite place for our family vacations for many years. It has the most beautiful views and all the amenities we love. The Pass beach is peaceful and the walks to the jetty provide lots of exercise. The condos are easy to check in and out and always clean and pretty. The whole staff are very attentive but not in the way. We love it.

We mostly loved our stay. It’s a very nice, spacious unit with comfortable seating, a good kitchen, and a beautiful view. The lanai was great for keeping beach and fishing gear outside. The HVAC worked overall, but the master bedroom stayed 4–5 degrees warmer, which made sleeping difficult for me. The bed was also too firm for my taste. I’m not a fan of older coil cooktops, though I understand they’re easier to maintain. The listing showed an outdoor table and chair set that wasn’t there; only two chairs, a small side table, and a lounge chair, so the photos should be updated. Beach access was ample, and we enjoyed the pools, especially the newer one near the south access. One elevator was out of order, so waits were longer than expected. Despite these issues, we’d stay here again.

We go to Destin annually and truly enjoy Destin Pointe. We have found a condo at Magnolia House with great accommodations that we enjoy. We are placing notes for our return trip next year!

It was really nice.
Easy to work with, got right on a couple of issues we had. We would like to see the tram running again. Other than that we love it there and look forward to staying again. Oh, we wish the owners would have left the table and chairs on the balcony. We always say out there and really loved that set!

It Was Perfect!
This condo was perfect! The view was gorgeous and this was the most spacious condo I have had in Magnolia House over the last 11 years. I would love to book this one again. If it had a pullout couch to sleep 2 more, it would be ideal, but so comfortable for 4. The beds were comfy and the master bath was amazing. Kitchen was the most stocked kitchen I have ever had as well!

Amazing Clean Condo with the Best Views
Our family has come back to this condo two years in a row now. The property is extremely well kept, the condo itself is very clean, and you simply cannot beat the views. The the huge windows in the family room and bedroom really allow a stunning view of the ocean. There is also plenty of room, as there are two bedrooms, and a large living room and kitchen. Highly recommend!

We LOVE 602
We LOVE 602 Magnolia House!! The layout is perfect for our family, it’s a beautiful condo with breathtaking views!!! We miss the high top table and chairs on the balcony! We ate breakfast out there every morning last year and this year it wasn’t there!! That would be my only suggestion is a high table and chairs for the balcony.

We truly love staying at the Magnolia House! Our rooms are typically done 2-3 hours before check in. Everything is spotless and it feels like home away from home. Truly a great experience!

We highly recommend.
There is a great reason we have come back for over twenty years. Extremely well maintained with excellent beach front and numerous pools. This condo was one of the nicest ones in the Magnolia house. Location, views and numerous amenities. We highly recommend this beach experience.

absolutely amazing!
Unit 602 was very nice, beautifully decorated, the views from the balcony were absolutely amazing! The pools were kept very nice as well as the grills at the resort.

perfect place
First time to Destin and we picked the perfect place for our stay. Destin Pointe Resort was absolutely beautiful and the pool amenities were outstanding. Our condo was very very nice and the view from our balcony was Amazing of the East Pass and the Gulf Side. We used the free shuttle to the marina area and had a nice day there. Wonderful restaurants. We had an absolutely amazing and wonderful experience and would love to return in the near future!

Excellent condo in the best spot in Destin!
We’ve been coming to Destin Pointe for years and this little slice of Destin never disappoints. We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Lots of room to spread out and felt very comfortable and clean. Communication was excellent. Would highly suggest this stay!
