Ready to feel the ocean breeze and experience a coastal getaway like no other? Stay at Pelican Pointe in the private beach community of Destin Pointe. This designer four-story home is seated on one of the best lots on Holiday Isle! You'll love the professionally decorated interior, with boasts vaulted wood ceilings, hardwood floors, and beautiful Gulf views from the second-floor living room and bright open kitchen that even the best chefs dream of cooking in. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a french door refrigerator, custom cabinets, counter seating, and a dining table for ten allows for the perfect home-cooked meal after a long day of adventure. In the center closet in the garage, you will find an additional refrigerator and freezer for any large grocery hauls you and your guests make. An outdoor shower, six beach chairs, and a fun game of cornhole are also located in this center closet. This home can sleep up to 14 guests with five cozy bedrooms, including rooms with en suite baths, private balconies, and spectacular views. On the main floor, you will find three bedrooms with king-size beds. You will find the other two bedrooms on the home's third floor, one with a King bed and a twin with a twin trundle bed. The final bedroom will have two queen-size beds and a twin trundle bed. This stunning abode is wheelchair accessible with an in-home elevator that can take you to every floor except the 3rd floor. Just steps from the private beach access and resort-style pools, there is no better feeling than hearing and seeing the ocean while relaxing in the comfort of your private balcony.

Perfect Beach House & Vacation Spot! This house was incredibly clean and accommodating to my friends and I on our vacation to Destin! Our families loved staying at Pelican Pointe!!
Our families loved staying at Pelican Pointe!! The view was perfection. The kitchen had everything we could ever need. The appliances worked great! We were so grateful for the extra fridge in the bottom floor to have less stairs with the beach coolers. The wash off area was also great to use to track in less sand. The house comes with so many extra beach items like games and chairs. Very nice! The beds are comfortable and we very comfortably slept 9 here. Everyone had their own bathrooms! Our only regret is not seeing the fireworks nearby due to weather. The house and staff met our every expectation and need. The elevator works great but it’s not super spacious although for residential you wouldn’t expect big. We didn’t end up having our handicapped family member along but it would be hard to get her in with one other person. Perfect Vacation Escape
The home and the property was beautiful. The home protects you from the East sun so we sat on the deck from morning until sunset. The Home owners thought of everything from board games, bikes, pickleball, beach bags.... Pelican Pointe - May 2023
We have been coming to Destin Pointe for 24 years and most recently have been staying at Pelican Pointe. This was the first year we rented through Destin Point Vacation Rentals. The did a superb job - beginning with the booking process through the end of our stay. They were professional, organized, responsive and pleasant to work with throughout. The house had been recently renovated and the property managers did a great job in getting things ready for us. Seaside Sensation

My time at Pelican Pointe was unreal!
My time at Pelican Pointe was unreal, I’ve stayed in Destin for years and have never had a home that offers the views that this house did. The home as well as the views were immaculate, the owners did not miss a beat on the design of the home.
